letterpress studio

How it's made

One of the aspects that make letterpress so appreciated is its manual process. Each project involves individual attention, with the pressing of relief plates into paper carefully adjusted to achieve perfect results. This artisanal approach adds a personal touch and exceptional quality to each final product. Each print becomes, therefore, a unique work of art, with a beauty and consistency that distinguish letterpress from impersonal mass production.

Phase 1:

In this stage, we commence by listening to your story and understanding your vision through a phone call, email, or face-to-face meeting. Following the initial conversation, we provide an estimate of costs, ideas, and a timeline.

Phase 2:

Upon clarifying the requirements, we enter the creative zone and commence elaboration. Initial concepts are typically presented within 1-2 weeks.

Phase 3:

Here, the design is refined through a maximum of three rounds of adjustments, included in the customization cost, until the desired level of satisfaction is achieved.

Phase 4:

After confirming the design, proofs are sent to finalize every detail before the commencement of the creation project.

Phase 5:

The production process, encompassing printing and finishing, usually takes between 3 and 4 weeks.

Phase 6:

Following the completion of production, invitations are meticulously packaged for shipping or pickup.
